what order should I use the arpy products in?
just follow the numbers: 01 cleanser, 02 serum, 03 gel, 04 cream. that's the whole routine.
do I need all four steps?
no. you can start with one or two. the four are made to work together, and as the core four they're $159, $37 less than buying them separately.
can I use arpy morning and night?
yes. the core four is made for morning and night. in the morning, finish with sunscreen. the vitamin c serum and eye cream are extras, two or three nights a week to start.
where does sunscreen fit?
sunscreen should be the final step in your morning routine after moisturiser. arpy does not replace SPF.

what does the copper peptide serum do?
it's step two. 0.2% pure copper tripeptide-1 with niacinamide and q10, to help skin look smoother and brighter. 3 to 4 drops, morning and night.
what is the hyaluronic acid gel for?
it's step three. a light gel with hyaluronic acid, which holds water against your skin so it looks plumper and feels hydrated. it also works as a primer under makeup.
what does 04 / nourish do?
it's the last step: a fragrance-free cream with shea butter. it leaves skin soft and moisturised without feeling greasy.
are arpy products suitable for sensitive skin?
the cleanser, gel, cream and eye cream are fragrance-free, and the barrier cream is hypoallergenic. everyone's skin is different, so patch test first and stop if you get any irritation.

yes. every product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. if you are not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for that product. opened is fine, and you do not need to send it back. the details are on the refund page.
