we ship within australia and to selected international locations.

orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.

processing time is the time it takes for your order to be prepared before it is handed to the carrier.

during launch periods, restocks or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

from time to time, we may offer free shipping, launch shipping offers or promotional shipping rates. any available offer will be shown on site or at checkout.

delivery timeframes

delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, public holidays, customs processing, weather, address issues or unexpected delays.

tracking

once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.

please allow some time for tracking to update after your parcel has been collected or scanned by the carrier.

international orders

international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or local handling charges depending on your country.

these charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

customs processing may also affect delivery timeframes.

incorrect addresses

please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

if you notice an issue with your address, contact us as soon as possible at operations@arpyskin.com.

we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has started processing or has been dispatched.

returned parcels

if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept delivery or failure to collect, we will contact you once it has been received back.

additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be resent.

lost or delayed parcels

once an order has been handed to the carrier, some delivery delays may be outside our control.

if your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will help where we can.
