we want your arpy order to arrive safely and as expected.

due to the nature of skincare products, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened, used or damaged after delivery.

this does not limit your rights under australian consumer law. if your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at operations@arpyskin.com with your order number and clear photos where relevant.

where required under australian consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the issue.
